About this task
This hotel group with city hotels (5,000+ employees) is looking for a senior Accounts Receivable & Collections Specialist for an ongoing part-time engagement of 2–5 h a week. Resolves invoice disputes and issues credit notes under policy.
The company wants a senior person on this without carrying the cost of a full-time role. It works in travel and hospitality, where demand is seasonal.

What you deliver
- Resolve 15 open disputes with sales and support input and issue approved credit notes.
- Questions collected in one thread, answered within one working day
- Work logged against the agreed list, so the company contact can see progress without a call
- A written update every Friday with what was done, what is next and anything blocked
What a week looks like
- Wednesday: 15-minute check-in to agree the week's items
- Monday: main working block (2 hours)
- Friday: hand-off note with what shipped and what is open
Duration: 8 weeks, renewable. Accepted after the walkthrough. Edits requested within three working days are part of the price.
