About this task

This warehousing operator for pharma (201–500 employees) is looking for a specialist Accounts Receivable & Collections Specialist for an ongoing part-time engagement of 2–5 h a week. Resolves invoice disputes and issues credit notes under policy.

The company wants a senior person on this without carrying the cost of a full-time role. It moves goods for customers, so the data is operational and updated daily.

The team sits in Fayetteville. Everything can be done remotely; an occasional visit is welcome and never required for the first month. The work runs in two set slots a week, agreed with the team at the start. About 2 hours a week should overlap with the team's day (CT).

What you deliver

  • Resolve 20 open disputes with sales and support input and issue approved credit notes.
  • A short handover note when the engagement pauses or ends
  • A written update every Thursday with what was done, what is next and anything blocked
  • Questions collected in one thread, answered within one working day

What a week looks like

  • Wednesday: pick up the queue and confirm priorities
  • Midweek: two short working sessions of one to two hours
  • Thursday: update sent before the company's end of day

Duration: 16 weeks, renewable. Accepted after the walkthrough. Edits requested within three working days are part of the price.
