About this task
This Growth-stage generative-AI company for drug discovery (501–1,000 employees) is looking for a specialist Accounts Receivable & Collections Specialist for an ongoing part-time engagement of 2–5 h a week. Resolves invoice disputes and issues credit notes under policy.
The team is stretched and wants steady, predictable help instead of another full-time hire. It builds AI products and needs human experts to check what the models produce.

What you deliver
- Resolve 20 open disputes with sales and support input and issue approved credit notes.
- Work logged against the agreed list, so the company contact can see progress without a call
- Questions collected in one thread, answered within one working day
- A written update every Monday with what was done, what is next and anything blocked
What a week looks like
- Thursday: 15-minute check-in to agree the week's items
- Friday: main working block (2 hours)
- Monday: hand-off note with what shipped and what is open
Duration: 12 weeks, renewable. Accepted after the walkthrough. Edits requested within three working days are part of the price.
