Discovery Interviews and Synthesis · Insurance

About this task

This property and casualty insurer for homeowners (501–1,000 employees) is looking for a manager Product Manager for a monthly bundle of recurring tasks, 12–24 h a month. Customer interviews turned into decisions.

The company wants one reliable owner for a list of small jobs instead of five different people. It is an insurer, so accuracy and an audit trail come before speed.

The work is fully remote and open to anyone living in an EU country; the team itself works from France. You choose your hours; nothing is scheduled except an occasional short call.

What you deliver

• Run 15 customer interviews, synthesise the themes and recommend the three problems worth solving next.
• A month-end summary with hours used against the cap
• A named list of items moved to next month, so nothing is lost
• A running log of open questions, reviewed at the start of each week

What a month looks like

• Start of month: the company shares the items and the priorities
• Mid-month: progress check of 15 minutes
• Month end: hours used against the cap, results and open items

Duration: 6 months, with a monthly hours cap. Accepted when the output matches the agreed checklist and the sample check passes; the recruiter confirms by e-mail.
