Discovery Interviews and Synthesis · Real estate

About this task

This property developer in office refurbishment (11–50 employees) is looking for a manager Product Manager for a monthly bundle of recurring tasks, 12–24 h a month. Customer interviews turned into decisions.

A named list of recurring items keeps the month predictable for both sides. It works in real estate and construction, where project documents change often.

The team sits in Brno. Everything can be done remotely; an occasional visit is welcome and never required for the first month. Most people do this on weekday evenings; replies inside the working day are not expected. About 2 hours a week should overlap with the team's day (CET).

What you deliver

• Run 6 customer interviews, synthesise the themes and recommend the three problems worth solving next.
• The monthly list of items completed, each with a link to the result
• A month-end summary with hours used against the cap
• A named list of items moved to next month, so nothing is lost

What a month looks like

• Week 1: intake call and a list of what is due this month
• Weeks 2 and 3: items completed in short sessions
• Week 4: month-end summary and the list for next month

Duration: 8 weeks, with a monthly hours cap. Accepted after the walkthrough. Edits requested within three working days are part of the price.
