About this task
This Supply-chain software company for retailers (51–200 employees) is looking for a senior Product Manager for a monthly bundle of recurring tasks, 12–24 h a month. Customer interviews turned into decisions.
A named list of recurring items keeps the month predictable for both sides. It moves goods for customers, so the data is operational and updated daily.
The company prefers a person who can come to Aix-en-Provence for kickoff and the final review; the rest is remote. The work runs in two set slots a week, agreed with the team at the start. About 2 hours a week should overlap with the team's day (CET).
What you deliver
- Run 12 customer interviews, synthesise the themes and recommend the three problems worth solving next.
- A named list of items moved to next month, so nothing is lost
- A month-end summary with hours used against the cap
- A running log of open questions, reviewed at the start of each week
What a month looks like
- Week 1: intake call and a list of what is due this month
- Weeks 2 and 3: items completed in short sessions
- Week 4: month-end summary and the list for next month
Duration: 8 weeks, with a monthly hours cap. Accepted on the company's written OK. If something is missed, you fix it in the same week at no extra charge to either side.
