About this task

This Travel-technology company in tours and activities (5,000+ employees) is looking for a manager Pricing & Competitive Analyst for a single piece of work with a fixed scope and a fixed price. Shows how discounts relate to deal size, segment and win rate.

It is a self-contained job: scope, checklist and price are agreed before you start. It works in travel and hospitality, where demand is seasonal.

The company prefers a person who can come to Szczecin for kickoff and the final review; the rest is remote. You choose your hours; nothing is scheduled except an occasional short call.

What you deliver

  • Analyse two years of deals to see discount depth by segment and its effect on win rate.
  • One round of edits after the company's review is included
  • A 20-minute walkthrough call, or a recorded screen share if you prefer
  • A final note stating what was checked and what was left out of scope

How the work runs

  • Day 1: scope confirmed in writing, files shared
  • Middle of the period: draft shared for early feedback
  • Last day: final version and handover note

Duration: 2 to 3 weeks. Accepted when the output matches the agreed checklist and the sample check passes; the recruiter confirms by e-mail.
