About this task
This Real-estate services firm in logistics warehouses (501–1,000 employees) is looking for a specialist FP&A Analyst for a single piece of work with a fixed scope and a fixed price. A template and guidance that department heads can fill in without help.
It is a self-contained job: scope, checklist and price are agreed before you start. It works in real estate and construction, where project documents change often.
The work is fully remote, but the company can only contract people who live in Indiana, so this one is for residents there. Evenings or weekends are fine, as long as the agreed weekly output is there. About 1 hour a week should overlap with the team's day (ET).
What you deliver
- Create a budget template with drop-downs, checks and a one-page guide, then collect and consolidate six submissions.
- One round of edits after the company's review is included
- A 20-minute walkthrough call, or a recorded screen share if you prefer
- A final note stating what was checked and what was left out of scope
How the work runs
- Day 1: kickoff call and access to the files
- Days 2 to 6: the work, with questions answered the same day
- Last day: delivery and a short walkthrough
Duration: 2 to 3 weeks. Accepted when the output matches the agreed checklist and the sample check passes; the recruiter confirms by e-mail.
