About this task

This warehousing operator for e-commerce brands (201–500 employees) is looking for a manager Treasury & Cash-Flow Analyst for a single piece of work with a fixed scope and a fixed price. Loan and interest schedules with covenant headroom.

A fresh pair of experienced eyes is needed, and the result is a document or file the team can use straight away. It moves goods for customers, so the data is operational and updated daily.

The work is fully remote, but the company can only contract people who live in Rhode Island, so this one is for residents there. Most people do this on weekday evenings; replies inside the working day are not expected. About 2 hours a week should overlap with the team's day (ET).

What you deliver

  • Build the loan amortisation and interest schedule for three facilities and tie it to the ledger.
  • A final note stating what was checked and what was left out of scope
  • The finished deliverable in the agreed file format, with sources and assumptions listed
  • A 20-minute walkthrough call, or a recorded screen share if you prefer

How the work runs

  • Day 1: scope confirmed in writing, files shared
  • Middle of the period: draft shared for early feedback
  • Last day: final version and handover note

Duration: 1 to 2 weeks. Accepted on the company's written OK. If something is missed, you fix it in the same week at no extra charge to either side.
