About this task
This staffing firm for healthcare staffing (1,001–5,000 employees) is looking for a specialist SQL & ETL Support for a monthly bundle of recurring tasks, 10–24 h a month. Builds clean, tested models from raw tables.
The company wants one reliable owner for a list of small jobs instead of five different people. It works in staffing and HR technology, and the team is used to external specialists.
The work is fully remote, but the company can only contract people who live in Kansas, so this one is for residents there. You choose your hours; nothing is scheduled except an occasional short call. About 1 hour a week should overlap with the team's day (CT).
What you deliver
- Build staging and mart models for subscriptions with tests and documentation.
- A running log of open questions, reviewed at the start of each week
- The monthly list of items completed, each with a link to the result
- A named list of items moved to next month, so nothing is lost
What a month looks like
- Week 1: intake call and a list of what is due this month
- Weeks 2 and 3: items completed in short sessions
- Week 4: month-end summary and the list for next month
Duration: 12 weeks, with a monthly hours cap. Accepted after the walkthrough. Edits requested within three working days are part of the price.
