About this task

This Series B E-commerce platform for refurbished electronics (201–500 employees) is looking for a senior Bookkeeper for an ongoing part-time engagement of 3–6 h a week. Keeps the DATEV ledger tidy so the Steuerberater can close the month without questions.

The company wants a senior person on this without carrying the cost of a full-time role. It sells online, so volumes move with promotions and the calendar matters.

The team sits in Münster. Everything can be done remotely; an occasional visit is welcome and never required for the first month. Evenings or weekends are fine, as long as the agreed weekly output is there. About 1 hour a week should overlap with the team's day (CET).

What you deliver

• Book and match 200 receipts a month in DATEV Unternehmen online and flag postings the tax adviser needs to review.
• Questions collected in one thread, answered within one working day
• A written update every Friday with what was done, what is next and anything blocked
• Work logged against the agreed list, so the company contact can see progress without a call

What a week looks like

• Thursday: 15-minute check-in to agree the week's items
• Monday: main working block (2 hours)
• Friday: hand-off note with what shipped and what is open

Duration: 8 weeks, renewable. Accepted on the company's written OK. If something is missed, you fix it in the same week at no extra charge to either side.

How you get paid

• The company prepays Deftridge before your first hour, so payment does not depend on a late invoice.
• Deftridge pays you in EUR after the company confirms the hours or the deliverable. The payment date is written in your task agreement.
• You work as an independent contractor: you report your own income, and your recruiter sends the statements your accountant needs.
• You never chase the company. Questions about money go to Deftridge.
