About this task
This Series C collaboration software company for hospitals and clinics (201–500 employees) is looking for a manager Data Analyst for an ongoing part-time engagement of 2–5 h a week. Triages requests from the business and delivers the small ones.
The company wants a senior person on this without carrying the cost of a full-time role. The company sells subscription software, so deadlines follow release and billing cycles.
The team sits in Philadelphia. Everything can be done remotely; an occasional visit is welcome and never required for the first month. You choose your hours; nothing is scheduled except an occasional short call. About 2 hours a week should overlap with the team's day (ET).
What you deliver
- Handle the week's data requests, close the quick ones and rank the rest for the team lead.
- A short handover note when the engagement pauses or ends
- Work logged against the agreed list, so the company contact can see progress without a call
- Questions collected in one thread, answered within one working day
What a week looks like
- Monday: 15-minute check-in to agree the week's items
- Wednesday: main working block (2 hours)
- Friday: hand-off note with what shipped and what is open
Duration: 8 weeks, renewable. Accepted when the company contact confirms the deliverable against the written checklist. One round of edits is included.
