About this task
This gaming platform making strategy games (1,001–5,000 employees) is looking for a specialist Data Analyst for an ongoing part-time engagement of 2–5 h a week. Triages requests from the business and delivers the small ones.
Workload peaks and dips, so a few fixed hours a week fit better than a full-time seat. It is a games studio with release dates that move the whole calendar.
The team sits in Indianapolis. Everything can be done remotely; an occasional visit is welcome and never required for the first month. The work runs in two set slots a week, agreed with the team at the start. About 1 hour a week should overlap with the team's day (ET).
What you deliver
- Handle the week's data requests, close the quick ones and rank the rest for the team lead.
- A written update every Monday with what was done, what is next and anything blocked
- Questions collected in one thread, answered within one working day
- A short handover note when the engagement pauses or ends
What a week looks like
- Wednesday: 15-minute check-in to agree the week's items
- Friday: main working block (2 hours)
- Monday: hand-off note with what shipped and what is open
Duration: 8 weeks, renewable. Accepted when the output matches the agreed checklist and the sample check passes; the recruiter confirms by e-mail.
