About this task
This telecom software company in fibre broadband (11–50 employees) is looking for a senior Data Analyst for an ongoing part-time engagement of 2–5 h a week. Triages requests from the business and delivers the small ones.
The team is stretched and wants steady, predictable help instead of another full-time hire. It is a telecom company, with large datasets and long-running programmes.
The work is fully remote. Any location in Germany works, with a few hours of overlap with the team's day. The company prefers early-morning hours, before a normal working day starts. About 2 hours a week should overlap with the team's day (CET).
What you deliver
- Handle the week's data requests, close the quick ones and rank the rest for the team lead.
- Work logged against the agreed list, so the company contact can see progress without a call
- A written update every Wednesday with what was done, what is next and anything blocked
- A short handover note when the engagement pauses or ends
What a week looks like
- Monday: 15-minute check-in to agree the week's items
- Tuesday: main working block (2 hours)
- Wednesday: hand-off note with what shipped and what is open
Duration: 12 weeks, renewable. Accepted on the company's written OK. If something is missed, you fix it in the same week at no extra charge to either side.
