About this task
This telecom operator (1,001–5,000 employees) is looking for a manager Data Analyst for an ongoing part-time engagement of 2–5 h a week. Triages requests from the business and delivers the small ones.
The team is stretched and wants steady, predictable help instead of another full-time hire. It is a telecom company, with large datasets and long-running programmes.
The work is fully remote. Any location in Germany works, with a few hours of overlap with the team's day. You choose your hours; nothing is scheduled except an occasional short call. About 3 hours a week should overlap with the team's day (CET).
What you deliver
- Handle the week's data requests, close the quick ones and rank the rest for the team lead.
- Work logged against the agreed list, so the company contact can see progress without a call
- A short handover note when the engagement pauses or ends
- Questions collected in one thread, answered within one working day
What a week looks like
- Thursday: pick up the queue and confirm priorities
- Midweek: two short working sessions of one to two hours
- Monday: update sent before the company's end of day
Duration: 12 weeks, renewable. Accepted on the company's written OK. If something is missed, you fix it in the same week at no extra charge to either side.
