About this task
This property developer in residential development (51–200 employees) is looking for a senior Data Analyst for an ongoing part-time engagement of 2–5 h a week. Triages requests from the business and delivers the small ones.
The company wants a senior person on this without carrying the cost of a full-time role. It works in real estate and construction, where project documents change often.
The work is fully remote and open to anyone living in an EU country; the team itself works from Austria. Most people do this on weekday evenings; replies inside the working day are not expected. About 2 hours a week should overlap with the team's day (CET).
What you deliver
- Handle the week's data requests, close the quick ones and rank the rest for the team lead.
- A written update every Monday with what was done, what is next and anything blocked
- A short handover note when the engagement pauses or ends
- Work logged against the agreed list, so the company contact can see progress without a call
What a week looks like
- Tuesday: pick up the queue and confirm priorities
- Midweek: two short working sessions of one to two hours
- Monday: update sent before the company's end of day
Duration: 12 weeks, renewable. Accepted after the walkthrough. Edits requested within three working days are part of the price.
