About this task

This freight and logistics company for food producers (51–200 employees) is looking for a senior Privacy & GDPR Counsel for a single piece of work with a fixed scope and a fixed price. Reviews and negotiates processing agreements.

It is a self-contained job: scope, checklist and price are agreed before you start. It moves goods for customers, so the data is operational and updated daily.

The team sits in Liège. Everything can be done remotely; an occasional visit is welcome and never required for the first month. You choose your hours; nothing is scheduled except an occasional short call. About 1 hour a week should overlap with the team's day (CET).

What you deliver

  • Review 15 vendor DPAs for sub-processors, transfers and security terms.
  • A final note stating what was checked and what was left out of scope
  • A 20-minute walkthrough call, or a recorded screen share if you prefer
  • One round of edits after the company's review is included

How the work runs

  • Day 1: scope confirmed in writing, files shared
  • Middle of the period: draft shared for early feedback
  • Last day: final version and handover note

Duration: 1 to 2 weeks. Accepted when the output matches the agreed checklist and the sample check passes; the recruiter confirms by e-mail.
