About this task
This Series C healthcare services group for dental practices (201–500 employees) is looking for a manager Red-Teamer for a rating and review programme for AI output in your own field, 3–8 h a week. Probes for private or training data exposure.
The programme needs subject-matter experts who can tell a good answer from a plausible one in their own field. It works in healthcare, so patient data is never part of the task and privacy rules are strict.
The work is fully remote. Any location in United States works, with a few hours of overlap with the team's day.
What you deliver
- Probe 20 prompts for leaks of personal or confidential data and record outcomes.
- Ratings entered in the client's tool against the written rubric, with a one-line reason each
- A weekly count of items reviewed, confirmed by the programme lead
- Short calibration notes after the first batch, so your ratings match the guidelines
What a week looks like
- Monday: 15-minute check-in to agree the week's items
- Friday: main working block (3 hours)
- Tuesday: hand-off note with what shipped and what is open
Duration: Weekly batches for 12 weeks, renewed every four weeks. Accepted when the company contact confirms the deliverable against the written checklist. One round of edits is included.
