About this task

This Series B workflow automation company (51–200 employees) is looking for a manager Red-Teamer for a rating and review programme for AI output in your own field, 3–8 h a week. Probes for private or training data exposure.

The programme needs subject-matter experts who can tell a good answer from a plausible one in their own field. The company sells subscription software, so deadlines follow release and billing cycles.

The work is fully remote. Any location in United States works, with a few hours of overlap with the team's day.

What you deliver

  • Probe 25 prompts for leaks of personal or confidential data and record outcomes.
  • Short calibration notes after the first batch, so your ratings match the guidelines
  • A weekly count of items reviewed, confirmed by the programme lead
  • Flags for answers that are unsafe, off-topic or wrong in your field

What a week looks like

  • Tuesday: pick up the queue and confirm priorities
  • Midweek: two short working sessions of one to two hours
  • Wednesday: update sent before the company's end of day

Duration: Weekly batches for 12 weeks, renewed every four weeks. Accepted after the walkthrough. Edits requested within three working days are part of the price.
