About this task

This Food-supply cooperative (5,000+ employees) is looking for a senior Red-Teamer for a rating and review programme for AI output in your own field, 3–8 h a week. Probes for private or training data exposure.

Ratings are checked against a written rubric, and your notes go back to the team that builds the product. It is an agri-business, so the calendar follows the growing season.

The work is fully remote, but the company can only contract people who live in Nevada, so this one is for residents there.

What you deliver

• Probe 40 prompts for leaks of personal or confidential data and record outcomes.
• Short calibration notes after the first batch, so your ratings match the guidelines
• Ratings entered in the client's tool against the written rubric, with a one-line reason each
• Flags for answers that are unsafe, off-topic or wrong in your field

What a week looks like

• Friday: pick up the queue and confirm priorities
• Midweek: two short working sessions of one to two hours
• Monday: update sent before the company's end of day

Duration: Weekly batches for 12 weeks, renewed every four weeks. Accepted when the company contact confirms the deliverable against the written checklist. One round of edits is included.

How you get paid

• The company prepays Deftridge before your first hour, so payment does not depend on a late invoice.
• Deftridge pays you in USD after the company confirms the hours or the deliverable. The payment date is written in your task agreement.
• You work as an independent contractor: you report your own income, and your recruiter sends the statements your accountant needs.
