About this task
This legal services provider advising life-science companies (201–500 employees) is looking for a senior Data Quality Analyst for an ongoing part-time engagement of 2–5 h a week. Handles reported data problems and tracks the root cause.
The team is stretched and wants steady, predictable help instead of another full-time hire. It is a law firm; confidentiality is absolute and every file is handled under supervision.
The company prefers a person who can come to Bochum for kickoff and the final review; the rest is remote. The company prefers early-morning hours, before a normal working day starts. About 2 hours a week should overlap with the team's day (CET).
What you deliver
- Triage the week's data issues, fix the simple ones and log root causes for the rest.
- Work logged against the agreed list, so the company contact can see progress without a call
- A written update every Monday with what was done, what is next and anything blocked
- Questions collected in one thread, answered within one working day
What a week looks like
- Daily: one hour at a time that suits you, inside the agreed window
- Friday: ten-minute sync if anything is blocked
- Monday: weekly summary posted to the shared thread
Duration: 12 weeks, renewable. Accepted after the walkthrough. Edits requested within three working days are part of the price.
