Dashboard Request Triage

About this task

This streaming and audio company in sport (5,000+ employees) is looking for a manager KPI Dashboard Owner for an ongoing part-time engagement of 2–4 h a week. Handles requests for new metrics and decides what is built.

The team is stretched and wants steady, predictable help instead of another full-time hire. It publishes content on a schedule, so editorial deadlines are fixed.

The team sits in Lyon. Everything can be done remotely; an occasional visit is welcome and never required for the first month. Most people do this on weekday evenings; replies inside the working day are not expected. About 2 hours a week should overlap with the team's day (CET).

What you deliver

• Triage dashboard requests weekly, merge duplicates and give an honest estimate to each requester.
• A short handover note when the engagement pauses or ends
• A written update every Thursday with what was done, what is next and anything blocked
• Work logged against the agreed list, so the company contact can see progress without a call

What a week looks like

• Wednesday: 15-minute check-in to agree the week's items
• Tuesday: main working block (2 hours)
• Thursday: hand-off note with what shipped and what is open

Duration: 6 months, then month by month. Accepted on the company's written OK. If something is missed, you fix it in the same week at no extra charge to either side.

How you get paid

• The company prepays Deftridge before your first hour, so payment does not depend on a late invoice.
• Deftridge pays you in EUR after the company confirms the hours or the deliverable. The payment date is written in your task agreement.
• You work as an independent contractor: you report your own income, and your recruiter sends the statements your accountant needs.
• You never chase the company. Questions about money go to Deftridge.
