About this task
This Series B gaming platform making strategy games (51–200 employees) is looking for a senior KPI Dashboard Owner for an ongoing part-time engagement of 2–4 h a week. Handles requests for new metrics and decides what is built.
The person who did this left, and the company would rather bring in an experienced part-timer than rush a permanent hire. It is a games studio with release dates that move the whole calendar.
The company prefers a person who can come to Amsterdam for kickoff and the final review; the rest is remote. Most people do this on weekday evenings; replies inside the working day are not expected. About 2 hours a week should overlap with the team's day (CET).
What you deliver
- Triage dashboard requests weekly, merge duplicates and give an honest estimate to each requester.
- Work logged against the agreed list, so the company contact can see progress without a call
- Questions collected in one thread, answered within one working day
- A written update every Friday with what was done, what is next and anything blocked
What a week looks like
- Wednesday: pick up the queue and confirm priorities
- Midweek: two short working sessions of one to two hours
- Friday: update sent before the company's end of day
Duration: 12 weeks, renewable. Accepted on the company's written OK. If something is missed, you fix it in the same week at no extra charge to either side.
