About this task
This Customer-support software company for construction firms (1,001–5,000 employees) is looking for a manager BI Analyst for an ongoing part-time engagement of 3–6 h a week. Keeps existing dashboards accurate, fast and used.
Workload peaks and dips, so a few fixed hours a week fit better than a full-time seat. The company sells subscription software, so deadlines follow release and billing cycles.
The team sits in Gilbert. Everything can be done remotely; an occasional visit is welcome and never required for the first month. The work runs in two set slots a week, agreed with the team at the start. About 3 hours a week should overlap with the team's day (MST).
What you deliver
- Fix broken filters, retire unused reports and keep 20 dashboards refreshing on schedule.
- A written update every Wednesday with what was done, what is next and anything blocked
- Questions collected in one thread, answered within one working day
- A short handover note when the engagement pauses or ends
What a week looks like
- Daily: one hour at a time that suits you, inside the agreed window
- Monday: ten-minute sync if anything is blocked
- Wednesday: weekly summary posted to the shared thread
Duration: 16 weeks, renewable. Accepted when the output matches the agreed checklist and the sample check passes; the recruiter confirms by e-mail.
