About this task
This aerospace supplier making satellite parts (201–500 employees) is looking for a specialist BI Analyst for an ongoing part-time engagement of 3–6 h a week. Keeps existing dashboards accurate, fast and used.
The team is stretched and wants steady, predictable help instead of another full-time hire. It works in aerospace, where change control and documentation are formal.
The work is fully remote. Any location in Finland works, with a few hours of overlap with the team's day. Most people do this on weekday evenings; replies inside the working day are not expected.
What you deliver
- Fix broken filters, retire unused reports and keep 12 dashboards refreshing on schedule.
- Work logged against the agreed list, so the company contact can see progress without a call
- A short handover note when the engagement pauses or ends
- A written update every Friday with what was done, what is next and anything blocked
What a week looks like
- Wednesday: 15-minute check-in to agree the week's items
- Monday: main working block (2 hours)
- Friday: hand-off note with what shipped and what is open
Duration: 12 weeks, renewable. Accepted on the company's written OK. If something is missed, you fix it in the same week at no extra charge to either side.
