About this task
This Series C workflow automation company for law firms (201–500 employees) is looking for a manager BI Analyst for an ongoing part-time engagement of 3–6 h a week. Keeps existing dashboards accurate, fast and used.
Workload peaks and dips, so a few fixed hours a week fit better than a full-time seat. The company sells subscription software, so deadlines follow release and billing cycles.
The work is fully remote. Any location in Cyprus works, with a few hours of overlap with the team's day. The company prefers early-morning hours, before a normal working day starts.
What you deliver
- Fix broken filters, retire unused reports and keep 15 dashboards refreshing on schedule.
- A written update every Monday with what was done, what is next and anything blocked
- A short handover note when the engagement pauses or ends
- Work logged against the agreed list, so the company contact can see progress without a call
What a week looks like
- Tuesday: 15-minute check-in to agree the week's items
- Wednesday: main working block (2 hours)
- Monday: hand-off note with what shipped and what is open
Duration: 12 weeks, renewable. Accepted after the walkthrough. Edits requested within three working days are part of the price.
