About this task
This boutique advisory firm for healthcare providers (51–200 employees) is looking for a manager BI Analyst for an ongoing part-time engagement of 3–6 h a week. Keeps existing dashboards accurate, fast and used.
Workload peaks and dips, so a few fixed hours a week fit better than a full-time seat. It is a consulting firm, so client deadlines set the pace and handover notes are expected.
The company prefers a person who can come to Almere Stad for kickoff and the final review; the rest is remote. You choose your hours; nothing is scheduled except an occasional short call. About 1 hour a week should overlap with the team's day (CET).
What you deliver
- Fix broken filters, retire unused reports and keep 10 dashboards refreshing on schedule.
- A short handover note when the engagement pauses or ends
- A written update every Wednesday with what was done, what is next and anything blocked
- Work logged against the agreed list, so the company contact can see progress without a call
What a week looks like
- Daily: one hour at a time that suits you, inside the agreed window
- Tuesday: ten-minute sync if anything is blocked
- Wednesday: weekly summary posted to the shared thread
Duration: 6 months, then month by month. Accepted when the output matches the agreed checklist and the sample check passes; the recruiter confirms by e-mail.
