About this task
This edtech company for adult learners (5,000+ employees) is looking for a senior Treasury & Cash-Flow Analyst for an ongoing part-time engagement of 3–6 h a week. Aggregates bank balances and flags what needs funding.
The company wants a senior person on this without carrying the cost of a full-time role. It works in education, with a calendar built around terms and enrolment peaks.
The work is fully remote. Any location in United States works, with a few hours of overlap with the team's day. The company prefers early-morning hours, before a normal working day starts. About 2 hours a week should overlap with the team's day (MT).
What you deliver
- Compile a daily cash position across eight accounts and flag any balance below the minimum.
- Work logged against the agreed list, so the company contact can see progress without a call
- A written update every Tuesday with what was done, what is next and anything blocked
- A short handover note when the engagement pauses or ends
What a week looks like
- Wednesday: 15-minute check-in to agree the week's items
- Thursday: main working block (2 hours)
- Tuesday: hand-off note with what shipped and what is open
Duration: 12 weeks, renewable. Accepted when the output matches the agreed checklist and the sample check passes; the recruiter confirms by e-mail.
