About this task
This content marketing agency for travel brands (201–500 employees) is looking for a senior Treasury & Cash-Flow Analyst for an ongoing part-time engagement of 3–6 h a week. Aggregates bank balances and flags what needs funding.
Workload peaks and dips, so a few fixed hours a week fit better than a full-time seat. It is an agency, so work is organised around client campaigns and approval rounds.
The company prefers a person who can come to Nashville for kickoff and the final review; the rest is remote. The work runs in two set slots a week, agreed with the team at the start.
What you deliver
- Compile a daily cash position across eight accounts and flag any balance below the minimum.
- A written update every Monday with what was done, what is next and anything blocked
- Questions collected in one thread, answered within one working day
- A short handover note when the engagement pauses or ends
What a week looks like
- Tuesday: 15-minute check-in to agree the week's items
- Thursday: main working block (2 hours)
- Monday: hand-off note with what shipped and what is open
Duration: 6 months, then month by month. Accepted when the company contact confirms the deliverable against the written checklist. One round of edits is included.
