About this task

This digital bank serving farmers and food producers (201–500 employees) is looking for a manager Treasury & Cash-Flow Analyst for an ongoing part-time engagement of 3–6 h a week. Aggregates bank balances and flags what needs funding.

The person who did this left, and the company would rather bring in an experienced part-timer than rush a permanent hire. It is a regulated bank; the work is documented and reviewed before anything is signed off.

The team sits in Groningen. Everything can be done remotely; an occasional visit is welcome and never required for the first month. The company prefers early-morning hours, before a normal working day starts. About 1 hour a week should overlap with the team's day (CET).

What you deliver

  • Compile a daily cash position across eight accounts and flag any balance below the minimum.
  • A short handover note when the engagement pauses or ends
  • A written update every Wednesday with what was done, what is next and anything blocked
  • Work logged against the agreed list, so the company contact can see progress without a call

What a week looks like

  • Daily: one hour at a time that suits you, inside the agreed window
  • Thursday: ten-minute sync if anything is blocked
  • Wednesday: weekly summary posted to the shared thread

Duration: 16 weeks, renewable. Accepted when the company contact confirms the deliverable against the written checklist. One round of edits is included.
