About this task

This specialty retailer with stores in six countries (501–1,000 employees) is looking for a senior Treasury & Cash-Flow Analyst for an ongoing part-time engagement of 3–6 h a week. Aggregates bank balances and flags what needs funding.

Workload peaks and dips, so a few fixed hours a week fit better than a full-time seat. It is a retailer with stores and an online channel, and the team works to a weekly trading rhythm.

The work is fully remote. Any location in Denmark works, with a few hours of overlap with the team's day. Most people do this on weekday evenings; replies inside the working day are not expected. About 2 hours a week should overlap with the team's day (CET).

What you deliver

  • Compile a daily cash position across eight accounts and flag any balance below the minimum.
  • A written update every Monday with what was done, what is next and anything blocked
  • A short handover note when the engagement pauses or ends
  • Work logged against the agreed list, so the company contact can see progress without a call

What a week looks like

  • Thursday: pick up the queue and confirm priorities
  • Midweek: two short working sessions of one to two hours
  • Monday: update sent before the company's end of day

Duration: 16 weeks, renewable. Accepted when the company contact confirms the deliverable against the written checklist. One round of edits is included.
