About this task
This regional bank serving small businesses (201–500 employees) is looking for a manager Data Analyst for a single piece of work with a fixed scope and a fixed price. Groups customers by behaviour and value and names the segments.
It is a self-contained job: scope, checklist and price are agreed before you start. It is a regulated bank; the work is documented and reviewed before anything is signed off.
The team sits in Hesperia. Everything can be done remotely; an occasional visit is welcome and never required for the first month. You choose your hours; nothing is scheduled except an occasional short call.
What you deliver
- Segment 40,000 customers by order frequency and margin and describe five groups with actions.
- The finished deliverable in the agreed file format, with sources and assumptions listed
- One round of edits after the company's review is included
- A final note stating what was checked and what was left out of scope
How the work runs
- Day 1: kickoff call and access to the files
- Days 2 to 8: the work, with questions answered the same day
- Last day: delivery and a short walkthrough
Duration: about 10 working days. Accepted when the company contact confirms the deliverable against the written checklist. One round of edits is included.
