Customer Research Interviews

About this task

This digital marketing agency for travel brands (201–500 employees) is looking for a manager Product Marketing Manager for a monthly bundle of recurring tasks, 10–20 h a month. Interviews that test positioning and uncover needs.

A named list of recurring items keeps the month predictable for both sides. It is an agency, so work is organised around client campaigns and approval rounds.

The work is fully remote and open to anyone living in an EU country; the team itself works from Poland. Evenings or weekends are fine, as long as the agreed weekly output is there.

What you deliver

• Run 10 customer interviews on the buying process and summarise the themes.
• A named list of items moved to next month, so nothing is lost
• A month-end summary with hours used against the cap
• The monthly list of items completed, each with a link to the result

What a month looks like

• Week 1: intake call and a list of what is due this month
• Weeks 2 and 3: items completed in short sessions
• Week 4: month-end summary and the list for next month

Duration: 8 weeks, with a monthly hours cap. Accepted on the company's written OK. If something is missed, you fix it in the same week at no extra charge to either side.
