About this task
This workflow automation company (5,000+ employees) is looking for a senior Product Marketing Manager for a monthly bundle of recurring tasks, 10–20 h a month. Interviews that test positioning and uncover needs.
The company wants one reliable owner for a list of small jobs instead of five different people. The company sells subscription software, so deadlines follow release and billing cycles.
The team sits in Erfurt. Everything can be done remotely; an occasional visit is welcome and never required for the first month. Evenings or weekends are fine, as long as the agreed weekly output is there. About 2 hours a week should overlap with the team's day (CET).
What you deliver
- Run 8 customer interviews on the buying process and summarise the themes.

- The monthly list of items completed, each with a link to the result
What a month looks like
- Start of month: the company shares the items and the priorities
- Mid-month: progress check of 15 minutes
- Month end: hours used against the cap, results and open items
Duration: 8 weeks, with a monthly hours cap. Accepted after the walkthrough. Edits requested within three working days are part of the price.
