About this task
This hospitality operator in tours and activities (201–500 employees) is looking for a senior Product Marketing Manager for a monthly bundle of recurring tasks, 10–20 h a month. Interviews that test positioning and uncover needs.
The same kind of work comes back every month, so the company prefers one person with an hours cap over ad-hoc requests. It works in travel and hospitality, where demand is seasonal.
The team sits in Champaign. Everything can be done remotely; an occasional visit is welcome and never required for the first month. Evenings or weekends are fine, as long as the agreed weekly output is there.
What you deliver
- Run 12 customer interviews on the buying process and summarise the themes.
- A month-end summary with hours used against the cap
- A running log of open questions, reviewed at the start of each week
- A named list of items moved to next month, so nothing is lost
What a month looks like
- Week 1: intake call and a list of what is due this month
- Weeks 2 and 3: items completed in short sessions
- Week 4: month-end summary and the list for next month
Duration: 12 weeks, with a monthly hours cap. Accepted after the walkthrough. Edits requested within three working days are part of the price.
