About this task
This boutique advisory firm for retailers (201–500 employees) is looking for a senior B2B Content Writer for an ongoing part-time engagement of 1–2 h a week. Writes a regular customer newsletter that people open.
The team is stretched and wants steady, predictable help instead of another full-time hire. It is a consulting firm, so client deadlines set the pace and handover notes are expected.
The work is fully remote. Any location in United States works, with a few hours of overlap with the team's day. The work runs in two set slots a week, agreed with the team at the start.
What you deliver
- Write the monthly customer newsletter with product news, a tip and one customer story.
- A short handover note when the engagement pauses or ends
- Questions collected in one thread, answered within one working day
- Work logged against the agreed list, so the company contact can see progress without a call
What a week looks like
- Monday: 15-minute check-in to agree the week's items
- Friday: main working block (1 hours)
- Tuesday: hand-off note with what shipped and what is open
Duration: 12 weeks, renewable. Accepted after the walkthrough. Edits requested within three working days are part of the price.
