About this task
This Growth-stage medical devices company for mental health (501–1,000 employees) is looking for a senior UX Researcher for a monthly bundle of recurring tasks, 12–24 h a month. Interviews that find the real problem.
The same kind of work comes back every month, so the company prefers one person with an hours cap over ad-hoc requests. It works in healthcare, so patient data is never part of the task and privacy rules are strict.
The work is fully remote. Any location in France works, with a few hours of overlap with the team's day. Evenings or weekends are fine, as long as the agreed weekly output is there.
What you deliver
- Recruit and interview eight customers on how they do a task today and write up the themes.
- The monthly list of items completed, each with a link to the result
- A running log of open questions, reviewed at the start of each week
- A month-end summary with hours used against the cap
What a month looks like
- Week 1: intake call and a list of what is due this month
- Weeks 2 and 3: items completed in short sessions
- Week 4: month-end summary and the list for next month
Duration: 12 weeks, with a monthly hours cap. Accepted when the output matches the agreed checklist and the sample check passes; the recruiter confirms by e-mail.
