About this task
This Series B games studio making mobile puzzles (201–500 employees) is looking for a manager Customer Churn Analyst for a single piece of work with a fixed scope and a fixed price. A score from usage, support and billing signals that customer success trusts.
The company has a deadline, no one free to own it, and wants a person who has done the same job before. It is a games studio with release dates that move the whole calendar.
The work is fully remote. Any location in Sweden works, with a few hours of overlap with the team's day. Most people do this on weekday evenings; replies inside the working day are not expected.
What you deliver
- Design and back-test a health score on 10 months of data and document the weights.
- A final note stating what was checked and what was left out of scope
- One round of edits after the company's review is included
- A 20-minute walkthrough call, or a recorded screen share if you prefer
How the work runs
- Day 1: scope confirmed in writing, files shared
- Middle of the period: draft shared for early feedback
- Last day: final version and handover note
Duration: about 10 working days. Accepted when the output matches the agreed checklist and the sample check passes; the recruiter confirms by e-mail.
