About this task
This mobility company in aftermarket parts (5,000+ employees) is looking for a manager Customer Churn Analyst for a single piece of work with a fixed scope and a fixed price. A score from usage, support and billing signals that customer success trusts.
It is a self-contained job: scope, checklist and price are agreed before you start. It is an automotive business with long programme cycles and a strong paper trail.
The company prefers a person who can come to Ljubljana for kickoff and the final review; the rest is remote. Evenings or weekends are fine, as long as the agreed weekly output is there. About 2 hours a week should overlap with the team's day (CET).
What you deliver
- Design and back-test a health score on 25 months of data and document the weights.
- One round of edits after the company's review is included
- A final note stating what was checked and what was left out of scope
- A 20-minute walkthrough call, or a recorded screen share if you prefer
How the work runs
- Day 1: scope confirmed in writing, files shared
- Middle of the period: draft shared for early feedback
- Last day: final version and handover note
Duration: 2 to 3 weeks. Accepted after the walkthrough. Edits requested within three working days are part of the price.
