About this task
This Food-supply cooperative in fruit and vegetables (11–50 employees) is looking for a specialist Account Manager for an ongoing part-time engagement of 3–6 h a week. Regular check-ins that keep customers happy and find expansion.
The company wants a senior person on this without carrying the cost of a full-time role. It is an agri-business, so the calendar follows the growing season.
The work is fully remote. Any location in Netherlands works, with a few hours of overlap with the team's day. Evenings or weekends are fine, as long as the agreed weekly output is there.
What you deliver
- Run quarterly check-ins with 25 accounts and log what each customer needs next.
- Questions collected in one thread, answered within one working day
- A short handover note when the engagement pauses or ends
- A written update every Thursday with what was done, what is next and anything blocked
What a week looks like
- Daily: one hour at a time that suits you, inside the agreed window
- Friday: ten-minute sync if anything is blocked
- Thursday: weekly summary posted to the shared thread
Duration: 16 weeks, renewable. Accepted when the company contact confirms the deliverable against the written checklist. One round of edits is included.
