About this task
This Packaged-food brand in natural personal care (1,001–5,000 employees) is looking for a specialist Account Manager for an ongoing part-time engagement of 3–6 h a week. Regular check-ins that keep customers happy and find expansion.
The team is stretched and wants steady, predictable help instead of another full-time hire. It sells consumer goods through retailers, so planning cycles run to a fixed monthly calendar.
The work is fully remote and open to anyone living in an EU country; the team itself works from France. The company prefers early-morning hours, before a normal working day starts. About 2 hours a week should overlap with the team's day (CET).
What you deliver
- Run quarterly check-ins with 15 accounts and log what each customer needs next.
- Questions collected in one thread, answered within one working day
- A short handover note when the engagement pauses or ends
- A written update every Tuesday with what was done, what is next and anything blocked
What a week looks like
- Daily: one hour at a time that suits you, inside the agreed window
- Friday: ten-minute sync if anything is blocked
- Tuesday: weekly summary posted to the shared thread
Duration: 16 weeks, renewable. Accepted on the company's written OK. If something is missed, you fix it in the same week at no extra charge to either side.
