About this task

This performance marketing agency for travel brands (5,000+ employees) is looking for a manager Business Analyst for a single piece of work with a fixed scope and a fixed price. Maps how work happens today and where it breaks.

It is a self-contained job: scope, checklist and price are agreed before you start. It is an agency, so work is organised around client campaigns and approval rounds.

The company prefers a person who can come to Sofia for kickoff and the final review; the rest is remote. Evenings or weekends are fine, as long as the agreed weekly output is there. About 1 hour a week should overlap with the team's day (EET).

What you deliver

• Map the quote-to-cash process with pain points and measured handoff delays.
• The finished deliverable in the agreed file format, with sources and assumptions listed
• One round of edits after the company's review is included
• A final note stating what was checked and what was left out of scope

How the work runs

• Day 1: scope confirmed in writing, files shared
• Middle of the period: draft shared for early feedback
• Last day: final version and handover note

Duration: about 10 working days. Accepted after the walkthrough. Edits requested within three working days are part of the price.

How you get paid

• The company prepays Deftridge before your first hour, so payment does not depend on a late invoice.
• Deftridge pays you in EUR after the company confirms the hours or the deliverable. The payment date is written in your task agreement.
• You work as an independent contractor: you report your own income, and your recruiter sends the statements your accountant needs.
• You never chase the company. Questions about money go to Deftridge.
