About this task

This automotive supplier in car subscriptions (1,001–5,000 employees) is looking for a senior Business Analyst for a single piece of work with a fixed scope and a fixed price. Maps how work happens today and where it breaks.

The company has a deadline, no one free to own it, and wants a person who has done the same job before. It is an automotive business with long programme cycles and a strong paper trail.

The work is fully remote. Any location in Lithuania works, with a few hours of overlap with the team's day. Most people do this on weekday evenings; replies inside the working day are not expected. About 2 hours a week should overlap with the team's day (Irish time).

What you deliver

• Map the quote-to-cash process with pain points and measured handoff delays.
• The finished deliverable in the agreed file format, with sources and assumptions listed
• One round of edits after the company's review is included
• A 20-minute walkthrough call, or a recorded screen share if you prefer

How the work runs

• Day 1: scope confirmed in writing, files shared
• Middle of the period: draft shared for early feedback
• Last day: final version and handover note

Duration: 1 to 2 weeks. Accepted when the output matches the agreed checklist and the sample check passes; the recruiter confirms by e-mail.

How you get paid

• The company prepays Deftridge before your first hour, so payment does not depend on a late invoice.
• Deftridge pays you in EUR after the company confirms the hours or the deliverable. The payment date is written in your task agreement.
• You work as an independent contractor: you report your own income, and your recruiter sends the statements your accountant needs.
• You never chase the company. Questions about money go to Deftridge.
