About this task
This connectivity provider serving businesses (51–200 employees) is looking for a specialist Business Analyst for a single piece of work with a fixed scope and a fixed price. Maps how work happens today and where it breaks.
A fresh pair of experienced eyes is needed, and the result is a document or file the team can use straight away. It is a telecom company, with large datasets and long-running programmes.
The work is fully remote. Any location in Finland works, with a few hours of overlap with the team's day. Evenings or weekends are fine, as long as the agreed weekly output is there. About 1 hour a week should overlap with the team's day (EET).
What you deliver
- Map the quote-to-cash process with pain points and measured handoff delays.
- One round of edits after the company's review is included
- A final note stating what was checked and what was left out of scope
- The finished deliverable in the agreed file format, with sources and assumptions listed
How the work runs
- Day 1: scope confirmed in writing, files shared
- Middle of the period: draft shared for early feedback
- Last day: final version and handover note
Duration: 1 to 2 weeks. Accepted after the walkthrough. Edits requested within three working days are part of the price.
