About this task

This food producer (11–50 employees) is looking for a manager Compliance Analyst for an ongoing part-time engagement of 4–8 h a week. Collects the sustainability data points a company needs for its first CSRD report.

The company wants a senior person on this without carrying the cost of a full-time role. It produces and sells food and drink, with seasonal peaks and strict labelling rules.

The work is fully remote. Any location in Romania works, with a few hours of overlap with the team's day. The work runs in two set slots a week, agreed with the team at the start.

What you deliver

• Collect energy, travel and workforce data from five departments each week and log the gaps.
• A short handover note when the engagement pauses or ends
• A written update every Monday with what was done, what is next and anything blocked
• Work logged against the agreed list, so the company contact can see progress without a call

What a week looks like

• Tuesday: 15-minute check-in to agree the week's items
• Friday: main working block (3 hours)
• Monday: hand-off note with what shipped and what is open

Duration: 12 weeks, renewable. Accepted when the company contact confirms the deliverable against the written checklist. One round of edits is included.

How you get paid

• The company prepays Deftridge before your first hour, so payment does not depend on a late invoice.
• Deftridge pays you in EUR after the company confirms the hours or the deliverable. The payment date is written in your task agreement.
• You work as an independent contractor: you report your own income, and your recruiter sends the statements your accountant needs.
• You never chase the company. Questions about money go to Deftridge.
