About this task
This Series C web3 infrastructure company for payments (201–500 employees) is looking for a senior Compliance Analyst for an ongoing part-time engagement of 4–8 h a week. Collects the sustainability data points a company needs for its first CSRD report.
The team is stretched and wants steady, predictable help instead of another full-time hire. It works in digital assets, where compliance and record keeping are a daily topic.
The team sits in Milan. Everything can be done remotely; an occasional visit is welcome and never required for the first month. You choose your hours; nothing is scheduled except an occasional short call. About 2 hours a week should overlap with the team's day (CET).
What you deliver
- Collect energy, travel and workforce data from five departments each week and log the gaps.
- Work logged against the agreed list, so the company contact can see progress without a call
- A written update every Thursday with what was done, what is next and anything blocked
- Questions collected in one thread, answered within one working day
What a week looks like
- Tuesday: pick up the queue and confirm priorities
- Midweek: two short working sessions of one to two hours
- Thursday: update sent before the company's end of day
Duration: 6 months, then month by month. Accepted on the company's written OK. If something is missed, you fix it in the same week at no extra charge to either side.
