CSRD Data Collection Support (Excel)

About this task

This insurtech company for travel (11–50 employees) is looking for a manager Compliance Analyst for an ongoing part-time engagement of 4–8 h a week. Collects the sustainability data points a company needs for its first CSRD report.

Workload peaks and dips, so a few fixed hours a week fit better than a full-time seat. It is an insurer, so accuracy and an audit trail come before speed.

The work is fully remote and open to anyone living in an EU country; the team itself works from Latvia. The work runs in two set slots a week, agreed with the team at the start. About 3 hours a week should overlap with the team's day (EET).

What you deliver

• Collect energy, travel and workforce data from five departments each week and log the gaps.
• A short handover note when the engagement pauses or ends
• A written update every Friday with what was done, what is next and anything blocked
• Questions collected in one thread, answered within one working day

What a week looks like

• Tuesday: pick up the queue and confirm priorities
• Midweek: two short working sessions of one to two hours
• Friday: update sent before the company's end of day

Duration: 16 weeks, renewable. Accepted when the output matches the agreed checklist and the sample check passes; the recruiter confirms by e-mail.

How you get paid

• The company prepays Deftridge before your first hour, so payment does not depend on a late invoice.
• Deftridge pays you in EUR after the company confirms the hours or the deliverable. The payment date is written in your task agreement.
• You work as an independent contractor: you report your own income, and your recruiter sends the statements your accountant needs.
• You never chase the company. Questions about money go to Deftridge.
