About this task
This recruiting platform for small businesses (1,001–5,000 employees) is looking for a specialist Compliance Analyst for an ongoing part-time engagement of 4–8 h a week. Collects the sustainability data points a company needs for its first CSRD report.
The person who did this left, and the company would rather bring in an experienced part-timer than rush a permanent hire. It works in staffing and HR technology, and the team is used to external specialists.
The team sits in Innsbruck. Everything can be done remotely; an occasional visit is welcome and never required for the first month. You choose your hours; nothing is scheduled except an occasional short call.
What you deliver
- Collect energy, travel and workforce data from five departments each week and log the gaps.
- Work logged against the agreed list, so the company contact can see progress without a call
- Questions collected in one thread, answered within one working day
- A short handover note when the engagement pauses or ends
What a week looks like
- Daily: one hour at a time that suits you, inside the agreed window
- Monday: ten-minute sync if anything is blocked
- Friday: weekly summary posted to the shared thread
Duration: 16 weeks, renewable. Accepted on the company's written OK. If something is missed, you fix it in the same week at no extra charge to either side.
