About this task
This machinery maker (501–1,000 employees) is looking for a manager Compliance Analyst for an ongoing part-time engagement of 4–8 h a week. Collects the sustainability data points a company needs for its first CSRD report.
The team is stretched and wants steady, predictable help instead of another full-time hire. It manufactures physical products, and the office team works to month-end and plant schedules.
The work is fully remote. Any location in Bulgaria works, with a few hours of overlap with the team's day. You choose your hours; nothing is scheduled except an occasional short call. About 1 hour a week should overlap with the team's day (EET).
What you deliver
- Collect energy, travel and workforce data from five departments each week and log the gaps.
- Work logged against the agreed list, so the company contact can see progress without a call
- Questions collected in one thread, answered within one working day
- A written update every Thursday with what was done, what is next and anything blocked
What a week looks like
- Monday: pick up the queue and confirm priorities
- Midweek: two short working sessions of one to two hours
- Thursday: update sent before the company's end of day
Duration: 12 weeks, renewable. Accepted after the walkthrough. Edits requested within three working days are part of the price.
