About this task
This health insurer for travel (5,000+ employees) is looking for a manager AI Evaluator: Tax for a rating and review programme for AI output in your own field, 3–8 h a week. Tests AI on residency, treaties and double tax.
The programme needs subject-matter experts who can tell a good answer from a plausible one in their own field. It is an insurer, so accuracy and an audit trail come before speed.
The work is fully remote. Any location in Netherlands works, with a few hours of overlap with the team's day.
What you deliver
- Review 25 answers on cross-border freelancers for wrong residency and treaty statements.
- Short calibration notes after the first batch, so your ratings match the guidelines
- Flags for answers that are unsafe, off-topic or wrong in your field
- A weekly count of items reviewed, confirmed by the programme lead
What a week looks like
- Daily: one hour at a time that suits you, inside the agreed window
- Thursday: ten-minute sync if anything is blocked
- Monday: weekly summary posted to the shared thread
Duration: Weekly batches for 12 weeks, renewed every four weeks. Accepted when the output matches the agreed checklist and the sample check passes; the recruiter confirms by e-mail.
